All non-customized items will be shipped in 1-5 business days. *During the holidays (November & December) this time may be up to 7 business days.
Processing times do not include shipping time. Shipping is usually 1-5 business days.
Cancellations must be within 24 hours of order. No cancellations can be made after 24 hours of order.
Occasionally, items may be back ordered. If for any reason an item is back ordered or out of stock, we will contact you to make other arrangements for your order.

Do you monogram items not purchased from Southern Sleek?
Yes! We can monogram almost anything. Please call or come into the store to receive a quote.

What is your return/refund policy?
ONLINE RETURNS -
Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of delivery date. Returns past 14 days will not be accepted. Item must be in its original condition with tags still attached to be returned (no obvious wear/smell/makeup and/or deodorant marks). Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be given in the original form of payment, minus shipping costs. Refunds may take up to 3-5 business days after issued. All sale items are final sale and not eligible to be returned/refunded. All personalized/custom/monogrammed items are final sale and not eligible to be returned/refunded. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless your item is defective/incorrect/damaged. If your item is defective/incorrect/damaged, please contact us as email@example.com to get a prepaid label sent to you to return your item.

If receipt is present, a refund will be given in the original form of payment. If no receipt is present, store credit will be given. Items returned that are now on sale may have a 25% restocking fee. NO refunds/returns will be accepted after 14 days. No items without original tags and/or packaging will be accepted.
